RATES

RENTAL CONDITIONS IN BRIEF
The rental fee includes everything apart from cleaning. A new white coating of our cyclorama is necessary, if it gets dirty. Cold drinks and high current electricity are only charged, if used.

DISCOUNTS
If your budget is not high enough, let us know what you can spend and we´ll consider it. From the third consecutive rental day on we will give you a 20% discount.

ADDITIONAL COST

• High current 0,60€ / Kwh
• Cleaning fee is a minimum of 90€
• Fresh white cyclorama coating 4€ / sqm
• Cold drinks according to consumption
• Rates do not include 19% VAT

Our white cyclorama is always handed over white & clean. We charge 4€/sqm for the fresh white coating after use. To avoid additional costs you can use our roll-out vinyl floors.

BEGINNING & END
The rental period begins at the agreed booking time and ends when you leave the studio. Entry before 8:00 a.m. will be charged with one hour of overtime. The rental is for 10 hours. Overtime is billed as such.

CLEANING
The studio will be handed over clean and tidy at the beginning of the booking and must be left in this condition. We charge a flat rate of 90€ for the final cleaning. In the event of excessive soiling (confetti, animal hair, etc.), we charge for the additional cleaning per hour.

DELIVERIES & COLLECTIONS
If these take place outside of the rental period they are billed with at least one hour of overtime.

LIGHTING
Installed to the ceiling of our cyclorama are 10 Aputure Novas. They can be programmed comfortably with an IPad.

OPENING HOURS
The studio team is here for you on weekdays between 9am and 7pm. If you are planning to start earlier or stay late please let us know in advance, so we can plan accordingly.

• Minimum rental duration 3 hours
• Every hour you start counts as an hour
• +20 additional fee for weekend shoots
• +50 additional fee for shoots at night
• +50 additional fee for shoots on public holidays

DRINKS
Never shoot without coffee! Coffee and tea, as well as lactose-free milk and oat milk, are included in the rental price.

• Juice 2€ / 0.75l
• Cremant 30€ / 0.75l
• Champagne 60€ / 0.75l
